Li Gong introduces new menu

BRUNEI-MUARA - LI GONG Restaurant at the Empire Hotel & Country Club is introducing its Asian poultry promotion from November 25 to December 5, 2011.
For this promotion, the Li Gong culinary team has paired delicious poultry to create an á la carte buffet of grand proportions, for only $30 per person.
The menu will leave patrons spoilt for choice with its ten main dishes to choose from, such as the sauteed minced duck in lettuce cups paired with plum hoisin sauce, and the stir fried chicken in Thai sauce.
For those looking for a lighter meal, there is the pine nuts garlic flavoured chicken or even simmered yam with sliced duck.
The á la carte buffet also comes complete with dessert to sweeten the meal.
