Lamb promotion at Villa Mauri this November

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - VILLA Mauri, part of the Mauri Group of Italian restaurants, is for the first time ever introducing its "Lamb Promotion".
The restaurant is offering a list of mouth watering lamb dishes at a special price just for the month of November.
"There are already some dishes in our ( Villa Mauri) menu which includes lamb, but for the promotion I have prepared a number of different lamb dishes which are enjoyable for those who enjoy lamb," said Chef Mikele.
A total of eight dishes are introduced for the promotion which will end November 24, 2011.
The dishes introduced includes the Lentil soup with lamb shank meat and sausage priced at $10.50. For those looking for a light yet fulfilling meal, the chef recommends the Lamb greek salad, a salad made with crisp Romaine lettuce, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, horse radish accompanied nicely with a tangy balsamic dressing for just $12.50.
If a rich fulfilling meal is what you're after, try the lamb lasagne made with homemade pasta layers and mince lamb, mushroom, bechamel, parmesan and mozzarella cheese for $14.50.
A meal fit for a king would be the Lamb Shank combo priced at $35.50. Diners are able to enjoy braised lamb shank with juniper and rosemary served with any pasta of their choice from Villa Mauri's ala carte menu. Others include the Lamb loin which is drenched in green apple mint sauce and served with jacket potato for only $32.50.
For a more traditional meal with a twist there is the spaghetti served with lamb meat balls which incorporates the rich taste of lamb with every bite, the meal is priced at $16.50.
The last item on the list is the Lamb Goulash, a meal which consists of diced lamb meat slowly cooked with a mixture of green peas, potato dumpling and lamb priced at $25.50.

As an added bonus, Villa Mauri is offering a 30 per cent discount on all items for their ala carte menu. This 30 per cent offer ends November 24, 2011.
Villa Mauri is located in Jalan Muara and is sure to be a dining experience like no other. The retaurant disregards conventional restaurant setting with its more traditional homely atmosphere where friends and families can enjoy a meal away from the hustle and bustle of the central business district said Chef Mikele.
