Senior Citizen Killed In Accident

Bandar Seri Begawan - A two-car collision in the Tasek Lama area in the capital killed one of the passengers yesterday afternoon.

The police said the accident killed a 71- year-old senior citizen who was seated at the back of the car.

The driver and another passenger seated in the front sustained injuries and were rushed to RIPAS Hospital.

The accident happened when one of the cars involved made a U-turn and the other car that came from the city centre (BSB) crashed into it.

The driver of the car that crashed into the other car making a U-turn, however, escaped without injuries.
