How to order a tone
Once you have subscribed to the cool-tones service, you can Browse our massive library of tones, click on a tone name to go to its details page, then select ORDER
How to remove a tone
To remove a tone, go to MyTones and find the name of the tone you want to remove. Below it click REMOVE and the tone will be removed from your library
How to give a tone to a friend
Browse our massive library of tones, click on a tone name to go to its details page, then select GIVE
You will then be asked to enter the phone number of the person you want to give the tone to.
This person must be using B-Mobile and a cool-tones subscriber
How to share a tone with a friend
In your MyTones share a tone by clicking SHARE underneath the name of the tone you want to share
You will then be asked to enter the phone number of the person you want to share with.
This person must also be using B-Mobile and a cool-tones subscriber
How to download tone to phone
You can download any tone in your MyTones by selecting clicking DOWNLOAD underneath the name of the tone
You can then use this tone as your personal ringtone or message tone (tones are in the MP3 format)
How to search for songs and tones
Select Browse from the Main Menu then select Search you can then enter an artist, song name, or other details to search our massive library for your perfect cool-tone

How to cancel my subscription
To cancel your subscription select Settings from the main menu the select Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions
How to select a different ring tone but not music
Select Browse from the Main Menu then select Cool SoundFX. This category contains lots of alternate ringing sounds
How to add my own custom message
To upload your own music or recordings to use as your custom personal cool-tone send your recordings via MMS to 8111222. For more info visit custom tones.
