1.What are Cool Tones?
Cool Tones lets you replace the standard ringing sound that a caller normally hears while they wait for you to answer your phone.
Cool Tones may be music, soundFX, themes and more from our library of THOUSANDS of clips.
2.Will Cool Tones work with my phone? Will everyone who calls me be able to hear my Cool Tones?
Cool tones works with ALL handsets. Once you subscribe you anyone from any network who calls you will be able to hear your cool tone.
3.How do I select Cool Tones?
Go to browse Cool Tones, then begin choosing and setting up your Cool Tones.
4.Are Cool Tones available to B-Mobile prepaid customers?
Cool Tones are available to ALL B-Mobile subscribers.
5.How much & how do I pay for my Cool Tones?
Cool Tones service is charged to your monthly bill or deducted from your prepaid credit. The prices are:
Subscription: $3.50/month
Order Tone: $2.00/each ($3 for local artist tones)
Give Tone: $2.00/each ($3 for local artist tones)
Download Tone: $2.00/each
6.How many Cool Tones can I have in my library?
You can keep up to 20 tones in your MyTones library at once and then simply enter MyTones and click 'SET' to select which tone is heard by your callers.
To make space for new tones when your library is full click 'REMOVE' to remove a song from your library.
If you would like to download the tone to your phone to use as a message tone or ringtone click 'DOWNLOAD'
7.Is there a limit to how many people can hear my Cool Tones?
There is no limit. Your cool tones will be heard by anyone who calls you from any network anywhere in the world!
8.Will Cool Tones work while I am roaming?
Yes. In almost all countries your cool tones will roam with you.
9.Can I reset back to the original ring-ring tone?
Yes. We have dozens of ringers including the standard ringer sound. Simply browse the ringer category.
